ENQUIRE
Whether you're coming to us with a complete design and drawings or a totally blank canvas we are here to help. It can be a daunting process to some but with our experience and expertise we feel it should be a collaborative process and are happy to guide you through the journey. An enquiry begins with some rough ideas and measurements which we can form a rough quote from to start the process.
DESIGN
This is where we can really customise your polished concrete. No two casts are the same but by picking your colour and finish and by adding features such as integral sink, drain grooves, rounded corners, bar overhangs etc. your piece becomes truly bespoke.
TEMPLATE
The templating process is there for us to take exact measurements and replicate your kitchen into our hardboard templates. It also gives a good opportunity to take a site survey which is important when considering the route taken whilst carrying the concrete into place. For templating a kitchen we would require all carcasses to be in final place and any appliances like a hob, undermount sink and tap to be purchased and location decided.
CAST & POLISH
Once we have all the details of your project we schedule into our workload your desired date (typical lead time from templating to installation is between 3 and 5 weeks). We then build the moulds for your bespoke pieces, cast, polish and finish them ready for installation. We use a food safe multi layer sealer to protect your worktops providing beautiful and practical surfaces.
INSTALLATION
After templating a delivery & installation date will be agreed. Install is usually completed in 1 day unless the project is very large. We load the concret into a van and deliver to your door. All cut-outs will be cast into the worktop ready for the install. We will always do our best to help with installing taps and sinks but we ask that a plumber is arranged to be on site for connecting up taps and undermount sinks correctly. A qualified tradesman is also required for connecting electric and gas hobs.

We have created eight colours varying from off-white through to black. These are the standard colours that we make our products from, but encourage customers to create the colour perfect to their design. Our sample range is available on request and bespoke sample colours can also be made on request.
If grey isn't your thing then don't be put off, with different pigments we are able to manufacture more vivid primary colours. Just ask about our colour range.
FINISHES
The versatility of concrete has allowed us to create various finishes for our clients varying from perfectly smooth and uniform, to terrazzo and aggregate. We have high standards when it comes to creating these finishes and never settle for less. We are constantly innovating and improving to meet the latest needs of our clients. If any of our current finishes don't meet your requirements, we are happy to create new styles that are bespoke to you.
